	CORN HALL, DISS AUTUMN ART EXHIBITION AND SALE

SATURDAY 10th AND SUNDAY 11th OCTOBER 2009

(Official opening & preview: Friday 9th October -7.30pm onwards)

ADVANCE REGISTRATION

Following the successful Exhibition last year, we are inviting you to exhibit at this
year's show. We can accept up to five pictures per artist; and a full catalogue will be
available for prospective purchasers.

Artists will receive 80% of all sales: 20% will be retained as a donation to named
Rotary charities. The hanging charge will be £2 per work. and can be viewed and printed
If you require registration details to be sent to you by post, these can be mailed to
you in early July; please use the form below to inform us your interest.

All exhibits for sale must be delivered to the Corn Hall, Diss on Thursday 8th October
2009 before 8.30pm. The official opening and preview sale will take place on
the following evening Friday 9th October from 7.30pm.

Exhibition will open to the public on Saturday 10^th October 10.00am - 6.00pm
and Sunday 11^th October 10.00am - 4.00pm.

correct details and provisionally reserve a display place.
